Advocates
Simon Ngara

He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 3 years’ diverse extensive legal experience in commercial law and an associate advocate with Mohammed & Kinyanjui Advocates. His qualifications include; LLB (Hons.), Moi University; and Dip. Law (Kenya School of Law). His professional areas of interest and experience include all aspects of Commercial arbitration Corporate Commercial law, Litigation, Contracts, Company law, Intellectual property, Securities as well as conveyancing and property (real estate) law.
Before joining Mohammed & Kinyanjui, Ngara has worked and obtained experience from the following entities;
- Mose, Mose & Millimo Advocates as an Associate Advocate.
- British American Investment Company (BRITAM) as a Legal Assistant.
- Agricultural Finance Corporation (AFC) as a Legal Assistant.
He has been involved in the preparation, drawing and registration of large-commercial Securities involving movable and immovable property, Commercial Litigation, Alternative Dispute resolution, and Shareholding agreements.
Samuel Gitonga Njuguna

SAMUEL GITONGA is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and an associate advocate with Mohammed & Kinyanjui Advocates. He holds an LLB (Hons.) from Moi University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He has vast experience of 2 years in legal practice having trained with Ndungu, Njoroge & Kwach Advocates. His skills extend in among other areas: Corporate Commercial law, Contracts, Company law, Intellectual property, Financial regulation, Securities as well as conveyancing and property (real estate) law.
Diana Wangare Muraguri

DIANA WANGARE MURAGURI is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons.) from the University of Nairobi and a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Before joining Mohammed & Kinyanjui, Diana worked and obtained experience from the following Firms; Igeria and Ngugi Advocates as a Legal Assistant, Kamotho Maiyo & Mbatia Advocates as an Intern.
Her areas of practice include among others Corporate & Commercial Law, Contract Law, Business Formation, Land Law and Preparation of Banking Securities as well as Conveyancing.
Support staff
The firm has highly qualified, trained and experienced team of more than 15 support staff in various fields. They comprise of Administrative Assistant, Accountant, Secretaries, Conveyancing Assistant, Conveyancing Clerks, Court Clerks, Registry Clerks, Dispatch/Court Messengers, Drivers and Process Servers.
